In a nutshell,
– women entrepreneurs need continuous support from the government to promote, market and grow their business.
– There is a communication gap where women entrepreneurs need to explore and grab opportunities provided by the government which they are unaware of.
– Active networking and creating sustainable relationships needs to be developed by women entrepreneurs to collaborate and access collective opportunities.
– The narrative and perception of women entrepreneurs has to change from just home based initiatives to incorporate Digital technology, AI, and progressive ideas.
– To actively encourage youth to participate and provide them with actual technical and financial support.
– LMC has committed to increase the budget, continue with current programs like mentoring and explore seed funding to growth oriented entrepreneurs .
